The University of Kansas holds one formal commencement ceremony each year.
The 136th Commencement of the University of Kansas will begin with a 2:30 p.m. procession of faculty, graduates, and dignitaries along Memorial Drive, down Mount Oread, and into the stadium. The ceremony should conclude by 4:15 p.m. Tickets are not required.

To participate in the procession, degree candidates should begin to assemble at 2 p.m. on Memorial Drive. We invite you to attend and help make commencement especially memorable for the Class of 2008.
