Graduates and their parents are each mailed an informational packet in mid-March to help them prepare for commencement weekend. Specific reservation cards are enclosed in the mailings, depending on whether the recipient is a parent or a graduating student.

The student mailing includes a Class of 2008 Grad Grill card, a Commencement Lunch Reservation card, and a KU Alumni Association Membership form. Students should confer with their parents and guests before filling out and returning the lunch reservation card by April 21.

The parent mailing includes the Alumni Association membership card. Parents should not return the lunch reservation card.

Both mailings contain a commencement brochure. All of the brochure’s contents are included on the commencement Web site.

Enjoy a lunch buffet at the Chancellor's residence on commencement day. Graduates who do not receive a mailing may download, fill out, and return this reservation card by no later than April 21.

Purchase membership for yourself or as a gift for a KU graduate.
